Janitorial specialty in Periodical Cleaning - Part-time or Full-time Position!!

1. Experience in a Commercial capacity preferred
2. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery.
3. Clean interior Windows, exterior/interior Glass entrance door, and glass partitions.
4. Perform High and low dusting, such as vents, grills, light fixtures, and baffles.
5. Perform scrubbing and polishing on all types of floors.
6. Has experience with all types of janitorial equipment and adjust and minor repairs.
7. Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull up to 40 lbs. and climb on a step ladder.
8. Flexibility to often work, day, night, or weekend shifts with dependable attendance.
9. Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearance as

10. A valid driver’s license is required, and a car is required.
11. Able to drive to different Facilities within Lacey and Olympia.
