All of us at the Wave Pilates want to wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! The studio will be closed the evening of Christmas Eve and all day on Christmas Day. Presence is breathing fully into the moment, feeling your body move with intention, and giving yourself permission to be here, not everywhere else.
