Try this grain free granola:

6 cups unsweetened coconut strips or shreds
2 cups dried fruit such as raisins, mango, unsweetened cherries, apples(torn), blueberries, etc. I like to use a combination.
1/2 cup raw local honey or 100% pure maple syrup
Cinnamon (to your taste)
Pumpkin pie spice (to your taste)
1-2 cups Hu chocolate chips or hunks
Cacao nibs (to your taste)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients except except chocolate chips. Bake on a greased (I use coconut oil) at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir and bake 5-10 more minutes. I like to bake for 10 more because I like mine really crunchy!
Once completely cooled, add chocolate chips. Store in airtight container for up to 3 weeks. If stored in fridge or freezer, it will last much longer.
*This recipe can easily be switched up to your liking. I have added nut butters (almond, sun butter, macadamia nut, etc), nuts and seeds, etc.

I had to share a HUGE win from one of my clients. I have been working with Dawnie for over 3 months now and here is her testimony:

It’s been amazing!

TODAY'S SUPERFOOD SPOTLIGHT: BROCCOLI

Broccoli has many health benefits. One of the biggest advantages of adding broccoli to your diet is the many cancer fighting components. Broccoli is also very beneficial to the digestive system, lowers cholesterol, and is very detoxifying. To obtain the most nutritional value from broccoli, it's best to eat it raw or barely cooked (should still be somewhat crunchy).
Broccoli contains many essential nutrients such as Vit. C, Vit. K, folate, and chromium.

Other nutritional components worth mentioning are Vit. B1, Vit. B6, Vit E, manganese, potassium, copper, fiber, magnesium, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, zinc, calcium, iron, and niacin.
Vit. K in broccoli supports bone health by improving the body's ability to absorb calcium. Broccoli is also a great anti-aging food. Vit. C in broccoli helps to stimulate collagen growth.
