Cami is an energetic yogi, but during the day she works as an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner. She has a husband and two beautiful kids 2 and 6 months! Lifestyle healing is what she encourages in her clinical practice and yoga practice as well. She is aways down for a dance party and good food. She did her 200 hr YTT in 2019 and is so excited to continue to grow as a teacher.

We’re so excited to welcome to The Yoga Spot fam! A little about her below…

Hi, my name is Diana. I’m so excited to be teaching at The Yoga Spot, where I find so much joy, challenging classes and rejuvenation! I’ve always enjoyed fitness and started taking Yoga when I was about 16. I eventually got into teaching Hot Pilates and then Boot Camp classes as a certified personal trainer. It’s so fun to mix all of these experiences into HIIT and get stronger along side each of you! I’m married with 4 kids, love a good restaurant, travel, and binge watching reruns. Can’t wait to meet you all soon! Come say hi Thursdays at 4:30!
