They asked if I could jump over half my height... so I had to show them!💥
At 4'10" (58 inches), clearing a 32 inch box means I am jumping over 55% of my total height. I am so grateful I fuel my body with products that signal my cells so I can keep performing like this at 50!
My knees might hit my chest at the top, but the recovery and power are better than ever. 💥
