We’d like to take a moment to welcome Dr. Coulson to the ETS team! He’ll be joining us as a Physical Therapist working in our 3+ Program. Dr Coulson comes to us with a background in outpatient orthopedics and outpatient mobile settings, as well as a strong foundation in movement science and functional rehabilitation. He is passionate about promoting independence and helping children reach their full potential through engaging, family-centered care.

Happy Weekend!! We hope you have something fun or relaxing planned for yourself and your family. We’d like to end the week with some lovely praise for Carissa, one of our SLPs! She has been doing a stellar job with her families and we are truly grateful for her care and expertise.

Can you believe it’s already the end of October? Where does the time go!? This has been such an awesome month for community events. Missy and Hannah attended the Lake Havasu Fall Fun Fair, and they offered games, resources and information about AzEIP in their awesome Star Wars costumes! We also had an amazing time at the Yes Day Walk for Autism with SARRC at Tempe Beach Park over the weekend. And lastly, our CEO, Amber and Hiring Manager Jennie, also took some time out to attend the Salome High School Career Fair to talk with students about a future career in home health and Early Intervention. 🩵

We’ve been busy busy out in the community these past few weeks and we love it! A few members of our Early Intervention Team in Queen Creek were able to connect and have a great meeting with JJ Pediatrics about the importance of early referrals and team-based intervention.

We were also able to attend the Kingman Trunk or Treat event, which offered foster children in Mohave County a safe and fun way to celebrate Halloween. We also had a fabulous day educating families and providing resources at the Arizona Maternal and Child Health Workforce and Policy Summit. And lastly, we were fortunate to help sponsor and participate in the CASA Council of Mohave County 2025 Charity Golf Tournament!

A special thanks to everyone who has gone out and represented ETS these past few weeks within our local communities! 🩵

How do babies and children learn best? Through everyday interactions and play! As home-based pediatric therapists, it’s our responsibility to guide families in supporting their children, not just during structured therapy time, but beyond! Because our support and instruction helps to give families the tools they need to foster the child’s growth and development in their natural environment, even after therapy is finished for the day.

This video is the first in a series that will cover the AzEIP Key Principles, and show what it’s like to work in early intervention and home health! 🩵
