Crown Chakra season is here and I’m so excited for this one. For the next four weeks we’re focusing on connection to our Higher Self, our deeper knowing, divine, infinite love, to God! Remembering that we are truly guided. This is about softening the mental noise, trusting more, and letting ourselves be supported instead of forcing everything. I’ve chosen music to carry this energy, so listen to it outside of class and let it keep you connected all week long. You are never separate from the wisdom within you we’re just opening back up to it.
