โจ Feed Your Skin Like You Feed Your Belly โจ
Your skin gets hungry too! Just as your belly needs nourishing foods, your skin craves them as well. The truth is, most of the things that are good for your body are also great for your skin.
Sometimes itโs as simple as reaching into your kitchen. ๐
A slice of fresh tomato rubbed on your face. ๐ฅ A little powdered or evaporated milk for a glow mask. โ Coffee to scrub away dullness. ๐ฟ Turmeric, ginger, oregano, and even honey mixed with sugar for that natural polish.
Of course, avoid overly spicy things like hot pepper (ata rodo) on your skin. But with the right balance, your kitchen can become your beauty lab.
When you glow from the inside, balance it by glowing from the outside too โจ๐ธ
