Before we could intentionally create the look she wanted, we had to undo what was already there. She arrived with previous filler and neurotoxin that were working against her facial anatomy and aesthetic goals. So step one was not adding more product (because we’re not reckless), but dissolving old filler, then waiting—yes, patiently—for the prior tox to fully wear off.
