Finally the government health agencies have caught up to science and common sense. Generations of Americans have developed chronic disease due to guidelines influenced by processed food companies instead of science and human biology.
The key to the new recommendations are eating REAL food. If it is shelf stable, comes in a box or package and has food dyes and flavoring added, it isn’t real food.
Eating real food rich in nutrients and omega 3’s will not only decrease disease but will also reduce inflammation! Inflammation is one of the largest contributors to subluxations!
