While telehealth remains a wonderful way for us to stay connected, we know many of you in Minnesota miss the warmth of face-to-face sessions. We are so happy to share that TRU Wellness Center will resume in-person psychotherapy appointments this April!

Jeana Bisek, LICSW, will welcome clients for in-person sessions every Wednesday in Arden Hills.

Sitting in the same room together offers a few special benefits:

-A deeper personal connection and sense of shared empathy
-A quiet, dedicated space focused entirely on your well-being, away from home distractions
-A helpful physical transition between your daily routine and your session

If you prefer to keep meeting online, we will continue to support you through telehealth. If you feel it is time to return to the clinic, we are here with open doors. Please reach out to our office to schedule your April in-person session with Jeana.

What an absolutely incredible day TRU Wellness had at the Made With Love Market in Gilbert, AZ! 💛

We were so thrilled to hand out over 150 gift bags filled with fun prizes and goodies for both kids and adults. The excitement at our booth was contagious! We also received more than 200 entries for our Grand Prize giveaway basket—valued at over $200 and filled with beautiful self-care items. Congratulations also to our two additional winners, who each received a fully transferable free session ($180 value) with one of our amazing Gilbert therapists, Missy or Samantha Longe!

Most of all, we are truly grateful for the meaningful conversations we had with so many Gilbert locals who are looking for a therapist in the area. The openness, warmth, and genuine interest in supportive mental health care meant so much to us.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, entered the giveaway, and shared a moment with us. We feel so honored to be part of this wonderful community! 💕Lastly, thank you to Michelle Abbott our clinic director and Macy Eide, our therapy intern who helped plan and coordinate this wonderful event.
