In the fall last year .bri and I devised a plan of attack to work towards her OCB pro card. She tracked every macro like a boss for months on end and through vacations! In the and she placed 2nd in some very competitive bikini classes. A little more muscle up top and separation in the hamstrings and we will be there. So proud of you Brittini!

Annabel .j8 worked very hard last year leading into trying to add muscle. A very successful showing for an active high school athlete. Balance was the key to not hindering her sports performance during prep. Only 17 and so much room for growth! So proud of how she did in a stacked bikini division. Great job Annabel!

I have talked many times with about realistic parameters and values we should establish for ourselves post goal. Each picture here is a feat within itself. On the left, Kam had worked his way down from well over 230+lbs. On the right, he is probably 20lbs up from that lowest point of 130lbs and maintaining. A much more muscular physique with sustainable calorie goals. Pictures always tell different tales, but give us an honest perception of the goals we look to achieve. Well down my friend 💪🏻😊!

Big Urs my man! Let me start by saying Urslan did not come into P3 in the shape he was on the right. He had been working out for years and was somewhat out of the lifting loop due to COVID. He also had some tweaks and pains with certain compound movements. So, we started out with steady corrective work (foam rolling, stretching, and activation) to establish the correct movement patterns to build a solid foundation. In a years time his lifts have gone up while building more muscle mass and staying relatively lean! Proud of your efforts big dawg! I appreciate you for letting me help you along the way!

In 2017 (left pic) we started the work to truly be stage ready and by 2020 was prepared to hit the stage where she won her OCB pro card. Last June she made here pro debut at the 2021 OCB Scorcher pictured above (right pic) and defeated every other pro in her class. Truly an amazing experience to see where she started and what she has achieved thus far. So proud of you Ashley! For a lot of competitors out there I always remind them this is a process and it takes time. If you put in the work over time you will get there! We are going to continue pushing the envelope, the skies the limit!

In December 2020 the band got back to together to make another go around at competing. Michelle the BFF wanted to return to stage and so we started by reverse dieting her most of December 2020 through February 2021 and then starting making slow and steady reductions. The first goal was to hit the OCB Scorcher in June 2021 and after that she decided to keeping to hit the OCB Desert Valley Natural 2021 in November. These pictures are from beginning to end! Needless to say she put in the work and placed top five in bikini in both divisions! Always so proud of her and the friendship we have built. We always find a way to have fun!

Malesha contacted me earlier this year to get back in shape after having her baby Aubreyanna! She has battled to get to this point and been through many fertility treatments. She wanted to get back to her pre pregnancy weight of 130-135lbs and lose the excess fat she gained during pregnancy. Typically for postpartum clients you need to keep calories higher during breastfeeding as that is an added calorie expenditure. Doctor recommended calorie ranges are 1700kcals and above. For Malesha we steadily reverse dieted to get calories up. We started at 125p 140c 60f ~ 1600kcals and worked our way up to 130p 205c 60f ~ 1880kcals in about two months and lost 18lbs increasing food. For the last 6lbs we slowly reduced calories. Her food now is steadily moving back up to a normal maintenance range. Starting weight was 157.6lbs and we slowly worked down to a low of 134lbs. I am very proud of all her hard work. Way to go Malesha!

Arlyn contacted me earlier this year to step on stage for her first competition. The OCB AZ Scorcher was the set date. We got right down to business with tracking her macros and integrating cardiovascular components along side her training. Months of posing and hard work all came together on June 19th! She came away with her Masters pro card with a 1st place win! A 2nd in NOVICE and 2nd in OPEN! Such amazing job for her first show. Way to go Arlyn!

In June Zach competed for the first time in Men’s physique. For a young and upcoming competitor he has had a lot of major injuries to overcome. A serious back injury along with banged up knees. His work ethic only describes a fractional amount of his amazing character. It was awesome to watch him transform his physique and the future is bright for him in this sport! 3rd on Novice and 4th in open! Proud of you my dude!

What to say about Tina “Cena” (as we call her at the studio)...she is a BEAST!

It has been so much fun working with Tina for the past 4 years. She is more muscular and leaner than she has ever been up to this point. When we started in 2017 she was in cycle class 6 days a weeks and eating less than 1000kcals. At that point it was pretty clear we needed to begin with a reverse diet approach (FYI not everyone should /needs to reverse diet).

We started at 95p 135c 30f ~ 1190kcals and over the course of 38 weeks we increased food all the way up to 140p 250c 40f ~ 1920kcals. Through out that time Tina lost 38lbs!

We worked online through the duration of her fat loss and then after a year or so we began training in person and still training to this day! Cycle class was cut way back and now lifting is a critical component to her weekly routine. Tina is currently maintaining a lower body fat composition at 125p 165c 45f ~ 1565kcals. She hasn’t gained the excess weight back and we have just been focusing on building muscle through progressive overload principles!

Proud of you Tina!
