This patient had this lesion for years before it was biopsied by Dylan Irish, PA-C, and confirmed as lentigo maligna. This is an early form of melanoma most often found on sun-exposed areas like the face.

☀️ These lesions can slowly develop over 5–20 years before advancing, making early detection essential.
