During the season, many young athletes push through:
• Sore knees
• Tight hips
• Weak ankles
• Foot pain
• Limited mobility
Over time, these small issues can lead to injuries, poor movement patterns, and decreased performance.
That’s why we created the Spring Break Athlete Reset at Iron Forged Athletx.
This program is more than strength and conditioning.
It’s a complete movement and recovery system designed to help athletes rebuild their body the right way.
Every athlete receives:
✔ Movement Assessment
✔ 5 × 60-Minute Strength & Performance Sessions
✔ Daily Recovery Sessions including:
• Targeted Bodywork
• Red Light Therapy
• Compression Therapy
• Mobility Training
• Assisted Stretching
We focus on strengthening the feet, ankles, knees, and hips — the foundation of athletic performance.
Every athlete also receives an IRON FORGED ATHLETX T-Shirt.

Morning Sessions

Afternoon Sessions
1:00 PM Training + Recovery
2:00 PM Training + Recovery
Your 40-minute Muscle Recovery session can also be scheduled separately at a time that’s convenient for you.
