This will be at a member’s residence, and plenty of room for pool time, food, and drinks (responsibly ).

Zero exception.
This space will be loved by my teammates as much as possible in the coming months.
Keep the doors shut. If we don’t know you, you aren’t welcome. The need to be courteous is gone, so I won’t be.
No parties, no visits, no ‘one last ride’ from non members. Don’t push this with me.
Family only. Coaches, their athletes, members, enjoy the home. Give it all the love you can.

We will host an event, LIFT 4 LOVE. I’ll be scheduling soon as to not create conflict with many upcoming events.
This will be a fitness day, social day, family day full of activities and prizes. The goal of the day is simple, raise funds to help each other. Let’s get memberships covered for those in desperate need
Times are hard. I see it within memberships and many conversations. Really hard for many. I wish I could recount all of the lifesaving stories I’ve collected over the years… to inform you of how important our space is. But I don’t need to. If you’ve stepped foot in our gym, you’ve felt it. It’s a home. It’s loved. It’s needed by so many.
As I’ve stated in the past I don’t want the gym… our home to be one bill too many.
Watching others like find fire in those willing to contribute gives me hope. is amazing.
So, details will be shared soon! Plan on a fun day of lifting with separate events with small prizes. If your company would like to contribute let me know. Just sharing the idea now as I’ll keep you all informed as we build it!

KID’S CAMP!
This camp will be three weeks long (6/17 - 7/5). Kiddos can register for a single session each week, as the weeks are themed. (3 total sessions per kiddo). I provided a variety to create opportunity for all of our varied schedules. Pick 1 for each camp week.
Week 1- Strength and Muscles! How do they work and how do we build our bodies safely!
Week 2- Athleticism, coordination, balance, cardiovascular health. FUN games and great education this week on moving that body.
Week 3- GRADUATION week. We put it all together with some competition and group activities. PARENTS… Wear comfy clothes, you aren’t safe.

STRENGTH 101 - Powerlifting Rules and Regs
Join us for a chat with Director and Judge . We are going to thoroughly break down the movements. Let’s dissect a typical rule meeting so that we are truly in understanding of what earning those white entails.
Great chats with family and a community that WANTS you to complete the lifts! Ask questions, talk cues, talk training habits. Get better.
Saturday 22nd from 10-noon.

Kiara is also an amazing coach and has a very great outlook on training. She’s full of tips and I’m excited to introduce her to many of you!

MEMBERS AND PARKING.
I’ve highlighted areas appropriate for parking. With the PT clinic on the corner and Salon next door, let’s be mindful of not parking directly in front of their business (many of their patrons can’t walk well).
If there is a community in our shared space that can swing a few extra steps… it’s us. We are athletes.
Thank you all for being considerate, and please note that I see us parking just fine 99% of the time.
