We’re so fortunate to have one of our own, Bob, leading our Tai Chi class twice a week! The sessions are calming, energizing, and a wonderful way to bring our community together. Residents enjoy the gentle movements, peaceful atmosphere, and the chance to focus on balance and mindfulness. And you can tell by the attendance, they all love doing it. Thank you again, Bob, for sharing this gift with us — the turnout has been amazing, and the benefits are felt by all.

History comes alive. Today, we were treated to an incredible visit from American Storytellers, where Nick shared a captivating tale of history. The story followed the Abernathy boys and their remarkable adventures in 1911, brought vividly to life with western attire, sound effects, and voices that made us feel like we were right there in the moment. To top it off, we raffled off a book based on their story, written years later by the wife of one of the boys. The program was a wonderful reminder of how storytelling connects us to the past and keeps history alive. And remember, it’s so important to share our stories.
