In light of the developing COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, we’d like to reiterate our commitment to you, our valued Customers, as people across the world take action to protect their families, neighbors, colleagues, and communities.

To ensure business continuity—and minimize the impact of COVID-19 in our own offices—SVMB has implemented a temporary work-from-home policy. Under this policy, our employees have started working remotely. We’ve also introduced travel restrictions and other protocols intended to minimize exposure to, and transmission of, any viral illnesses. We made this decision not only to help keep our staff as healthy as possible, but also to ensure we can continue providing you the level of service and support you need to run your business efficiently over the next several weeks.

We want to emphasize that our work-from-home protocol has been fully reviewed from a HIPAA compliance standpoint. We’ve taken every precaution to ensure your organization’s sensitive data remains completely safe and secure. Additionally, this policy will not impact our hours of operation, your use of your software, or your ability to contact us.
