like the first time you hit the target 🎯

Last year, Meghan Hindi of .way.rebirth brought archery to Flower Moon—and it became one of those experiences people kept coming back to. Focus, presence, breath… all meeting in one simple, powerful moment.

We’re so excited to have her returning again this year—setting up on the baseball field for both kids and adults to step in, try something new, and connect in a different way.

And this year, she’s bringing even more…

Meghan will also be guiding a somatic workshop, offering a deeper space to explore the body, release tension, and reconnect from within.

Because sometimes the work looks like stillness…
and sometimes it looks like drawing the bow back and trusting your aim.

Sabrina will be guiding two workshops designed to help you reconnect with your body in a real, tangible way:

✨ Spring Into Rebound 101
✨ Rollin’ With My Foamies

These are hands-on, experiential classes where you don’t just learn—you feel the shift.

She’ll be working with Rollga rollers throughout her session, and you’ll have the opportunity to try them out for yourself—exploring how intentional movement and release can support your body in a deeper way.

Meet Troy ✨

A facilitator devoted to helping others find magic in the everyday through music, movement, and mindfulness. After a life-changing journey into yoga and sound in 2019, Troy has been sharing his gifts around the world—from Costa Rica to Egypt and beyond.

Through his unique “Assomatic Release Therapy (ART),” he blends sound, dance, and somatic movement to help release stored tension and reconnect you to your body’s natural rhythm.

His mission? To help you live fully, freely, and in alignment—through curiosity, joy, and self-expression.
