If you want to be healthy you have to create an environment for health to exist. I don’t have a patient in my practice that wouldn’t heal faster or completely if I was able to send them on an all expenses paid trip to Hawaii with clean air, healthy food, grounding in the ocean, sunshine, and leaving their worries at home. That is impractical most of the time so I will often ask how can you create Hawaii at home… This is how you do it lol…
