Lighthouse Psychiatry

Lighthouse Psychiatry We offer personalized brain care, mental health care, and trauma care

In addition to providing mental and behavioral health care at our facility, we are a big proponent of mental health education and resource to fight against the stigma of mental illness. We accomplish this through our community partnership with local nonprofits, agencies, hospitals, and government.

Be gentle with yourself. You’re navigating life with the tools, strength, and knowledge you have right now, and that’s enough.

You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to keep going, one step at a time.

If stigma is holding you back, try seeing mental health the same way you see physical health. Mind and body are connected; just like you’d see a doctor for a physical concern, it’s okay to seek help for anxiety, depression, or focus challenges. Support can come in many forms, and taking care of your mental health is taking care of your whole self 🤍

For those who’ve tried therapy before, the challenge isn’t always the therapist, it can be past experiences, self-doubt, or protective defenses shaped over time. Andrew reminds us that healing often comes back to one core thing: self-worth. Be open to the discomfort, and most importantly, be kind to yourself. That’s where real change begins 🤍

They used to laugh more. Talk more. Be… themselves. Now it feels like you’re watching your teen slowly disappear, and you don’t know how to reach them.

Teen depression isn’t just a phase. It’s heavy, isolating, and deeply real. And while medication helps many, it’s not the only path forward and not always the one families feel ready for.

There’s another option gaining attention: TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation).

TMS is a non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatment that works by gently stimulating specific areas of the brain linked to mood. No sedation. No daily medications. Just targeted support designed to help the brain function the way it’s meant to.

For teens who haven’t responded well to therapy or medications or for parents seeking alternatives. TMS offers a different kind of hope. One that focuses on restoring balance, not masking symptoms.

Because your child deserves more than just “getting by.” They deserve to feel joy again. Energy again. Life again. And you deserve to see them come back to you.

If you’ve been searching for answers, this could be the step forward you’ve been waiting for.

Starting medication can feel overwhelming, and that’s okay. The goal is always the lowest effective dose, with thoughtful consideration of all options. Sometimes therapy alone can be just as beneficial. It’s about finding what works best for you, at your pace, with the right support 🤍
