Reminder! Tomorrow we will be opening two doors down from Adkins Pharmacy as Carewell Pharmacy. The phone number remains the same and all of your prescriptions will be as well. The drive-thru will be OPEN but you may also want to come in to check out the inside.

Did you know we offer diabetic shoes?

For a diabetic, having the correct shoes can decrease your risk for foot ulcers which thereby reduces your risk for infections and amputations. Diabetic shoes provide support and protection while minimizing pressure points on your feet. They also have extra depth to accommodate custom, heat-molded inserts. We have many styles and looks that not only make these shoes comfortable, it makes them look like regular shoes.

Today we celebrated Brenda Davis. She has devoted over 40 years to working at Adkins Pharmacy. Her hard work and dedication is appreciated more than she will ever know. We are sad to see her retire but wish her all the best with her future.

We currently have QuickVue At-Home COVID tests in stock.

West Virginia Medicaid now pays 100% for 1 test per week (up to 4 tests total) for every covered individual age 14 and older. If you are a Medicaid recipient and would like to receive one, please call us. We will need information including your Medicaid ID number. Please have your number available when you call.

If you do not have Medicaid, the cost for each test is $15. Please call us to confirm availability and guarantee your test.

Please call 304-664-8883 between 10am and 5pm with all COVID test inquiries. Please be advised that these are in limited supply and subject to availability.
