Hi!! This is Us!! Core Body Pilates!! We couldn’t be more blessed to have these amazing people making the daily happen at our fav’ these are our people!! The ultimate blend of so much love and passion for Pilates all wrapped up in one studio for you!! ❤️❤️ Moving along into the New Year I feel so blessed thinking about my family at Core Body! The relationships we’ve made, the respect we have for one another.. it’s a gift and I will keep on cherishing!! To our clients at Core Body we are so thankful for you!! You all keep us doing what it is we LOVE!! My heart is full this season as I think about more then just the hustle and bustle! Happy Birthday We ❤️ you!!!!!! Seriously, this beautiful lady is one of a kind!! She’s amazing at entertaining us.. keeping us laughing… and always bringing the party! We don’t ever want to know what it’s like not to have this babe around!! I mean, it’s pretty safe to say.. everyone of our clients has had a class with this babe!! Introducing our new MODIFIED MEMBERSHIP! We created a membership that had budget in mind as well as taking advantage of some of our more available class times! DETAILS : we have selected these class times to be included in this new membership: MONDAYS- 5am, 11:15am, 4:15pm, &6:15pm!
TUESDAYS- 11:15 am, 6:15pm
WEDNESDAY’S- 11:15am, 6:15pm
THURSDAYS- 11:15am, 6:15pm FRIDAYS- 11:15am
SATURDAYS- 11:00 am
(This class back on the Schedule in January!)
You get to attend any of these classes 12x monthly! 🎉
This is only $8.25 a class! 😱

Did we mention that will be at our party tomorrow to raffle off this bag of goodies!! As well as a private session with her in her studio. Self care!! She is our Fav’ reformer based physical therapist! She sees many of our clients who need a little extra attention coming back from injuries and or need more direction with modifications ect. on the reformer. Jennifer also has been a great educational director for us teaching our instructors safe modifications and more understanding of some common injuries and how to safely help our clients make the most out of their classes! She will be around tomorrow answering any questions you might have! We are so happy to have her!! 🎉 You know the drill!! Tag a friend and enter!

I loved it and ballet is what kept me out of trouble for most of my teen years.. 🤷‍♀️😂 My ❤️ will forever be a dancer.. Such a fun way to gain confidence as a little!
