Our Story

Big box gyms are not for everybody - a healthy body is! Pro Push Fitness is an exclusive and private gym with exceptional trainers. Clients must be working directly with a personal trainer, athletic trainer or participating in a group training activity to use the gym. What does that mean for you? We focus on your goals, not a crowded gym. Our desire is to reach the individual mother, father, school athlete, teen, senior citizen and others who need to improve their health and performance while creating a healthy balance for themselves and their families.
