✨ A Few Important Updates Coming January 1st ✨

Hi everyone! I have some updates I want to share as we move into the new year. This is something I’ve put a lot of thought into, and I want to be transparent with you as always.

Beginning January 1st, my massage rates will be adjusting to:

• 30 minutes — $60
• 60 minutes — $105
• 90 minutes — $140

With my office rent and operating costs increasing, this change allows me to continue offering the level of care, time, and attention you’ve come to expect from me. I never want to price anyone out — and I’ve been as mindful and minimal as possible while still keeping my practice sustainable.

That said… I’m also incredibly excited to bring you some beautiful upgrades that I know you’re going to love.

🌿 NEW: Complimentary Heated Inversion Experience

Every session will now include the option of a few minutes on a heated, massaging inversion table — a gentle spinal decompression that helps loosen tight muscles before (or after) your massage.

This will take place in a cozy new space I’m creating with:

✨ twinkle lights
✨ soft, relaxing music
✨ a quiet, grounding atmosphere

My goal is to make your entire visit feel even more healing and restorative.

It's November! I've had a few people ask me if I'll be offering packages again. Yes!

How it works- receive 10% off for a package of 4 or more, to be used by January 1st 2027.

I am not putting a limit on the number you can purchase this year, but do keep in mind they expire at the end of the year! Treatments within packages can be gifted to others as well.

✨ Marking 7 years! ✨

I can’t believe it’s been that long—thank you all so much for trusting me to help you feel your best. I’m so grateful for this career, the beautiful office I get to work out of, and for every single one of you who’s supported me along the way. We've come a long way, from a small one room office with a few modalities to a large space with many modalities in the tool belt. I've learned so much, and love my career and learning more as I grow. Thank you for being here throughout the journey.

Also of course, happy 4th of July! I’ll be off the next few days to enjoy fireworks, family, and the freedom we’re lucky to have. 🇺🇸🎆

Lastly, I don't do it often enough so here's a huge shoutout to my clients (and everyone) who’ve served in the military—your sacrifices are a big part of why we get to celebrate today. You’re so appreciated and always supported here. 💙
