This month, we celebrate gratitude by taking the time to pause and appreciate all the simple joys life offers.
Our grounding classes are designed to help us slow down, reflect on our journeys, and renew ourselves for the season ahead. Let’s come together to celebrate our community, embracing this opportunity to turn inward toward warmth and self-care. We honor both the big and small moments along our paths.
This month’s variety of classes will inspire us to find balance, clarity, and peace, cultivating a calm mind and an open heart. These practices will lay a solid foundation for the season ahead.

Join us for:
🌕 Evening Sessions:
- Monday Evenings: Yin Yang Yoga Blend at 6 PM
- Wednesday Special Classes: Enjoy a new curated experience each week, including Yin Yoga & Sound Healing , Sound Bath, Tree of Life Meditation, and Restorative Yoga. 💛
- Thursday Vinyasa Flow: Welcoming all levels at 6 PM—please note there will be only one class this month.
🌞 Morning Sessions:
- Mindful Mornings: Rise and shine at 5 AM
- Gentle Yoga: Ease into your Tuesday at 10 AM
- Soft Flow: Enjoy a peaceful start at 5:15 AM on Thursdays
Sunday Yoga - Community Seva: Join us on Sunday, November 16th at 9 AM for a free session focusing on gratitude. Feel free to bring a friend or two!
