Happy April! 💐

It’s time to bloom from the inside out.💐Just like nature awakens in spring, your body is ready for renewal too.

But here’s the truth:
💧 The water you’re drinking every day might be stunting your growth.

💧 Tap water? Overflowing with chlorine, fluoride, and heavy metals.

💧 Bottled water? Often laced with microplastics and hormone disruptors. Even standard filters can’t bring your cells back to life.

It’s time for a fresh start.
💧 Kangen water is like springtime for your cells—hydrogen-rich, ionized, and bursting with antioxidants. It hydrates deeply, flushes out toxins, and helps your body blossom, especially if you’re navigating challenges like PCOS.

You deserve to thrive.🌱Whether you’re chasing optimal health or simply seeking to feel more alive—this is your moment to bloom.

Let’s nourish the new you—together. 💧

Dear clients, thank you for continuing to choose me for your care. I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

As many of you know, my husband and I also own Primetime/Bicycle Shop, which is why I’ve always worked part-time as a massage therapist. With some recent changes at the store, I’ll be adjusting my massage availability.

Moving forward, I will be available:
Wednesdays 10–6
Thursdays 10–6

If you already have a Friday appointment booked, don’t worry I will be honoring those sessions, so no changes are needed.

You can always view my schedule and book online anytime.

Thank you for your continued support. I’m so grateful to be part of your wellness journey 🤍

Dear Self, I give you permission to rest.

When nervous system is overwhelmed, your body doesn’t want intensity.
It wants support.

This position isn’t about flexibility.
It’s about signaling safety.
Just letting your body come back to neutral.

If this shape doesn’t feel good right away, that’s okay; we adjust, not force.

Try this:
• Place a folded blanket under your knees or ankles to soften pressure
• Slide a blanket behind your knees if they feel compressed
• Add a firm pillow or bolster under your pelvis to gently lift your hips and reduce the fold
• Rest your head on stacked pillows so your neck can fully relax

The goal is simple:
Make your body feel held.

Stay for 3-5 minutes.
Long enough for your breath to slow…
your shoulders to drop…
your system to downshift.

This is nervous system hygiene.
And it matters more than most people realize.

Save this for later, your body will thank you 🤍

Most people think they’re tired.
Often… they’re just under-hydrated.

Even mild dehydration can increase cortisol levels and quietly keep the nervous system stuck in a low level stress response. The body feels foggy, tense, or exhausted and we assume we just need more sleep.

But sometimes the real issue is much simpler.

A few years ago I went through a plumbing disaster that made me sick for months. I started getting intense migraines that would hit out of nowhere and force me to lie down in a dark room for hours until they passed.

At the time, I didn’t realize how much the quality of the water in our home could affect how the body feels. Once we started looking closer, everything made more sense.

Hard water buildup on the shower door.
Residue on fixtures.
Skin and hair that never quite felt right.

It made me start asking a bigger question: If our water is leaving mineral buildup on glass and metal… what is it doing inside the body?

That experience is actually what led me down the path of focusing so much on hydration and water quality. Because when you support your body at the most basic level, the water you drink and bathe in, a lot of other things start to improve naturally.

It’s one of the simplest daily ways to support your nervous system.

Now I love helping people find simple solutions that make clean, high-quality water easier for their families too.

Because hydration isn’t just about drinking more water. It’s about the quality of the water your body is working with every day. 🌿

If you’ve ever wondered whether your home’s water might be affecting how you feel… you might be surprised by what you discover. 🚰

Your nervous system reads cues from your environment.
Let this be one of them.

After working on thousands of bodies, one pattern keeps showing up.

Most tension isn’t just about muscles.

It’s about the nervous system.

For more than 17 years I’ve spent my days paying attention to the small signals the body gives. When you work with that many people, you start to notice that the same patterns show up again and again, even in people with completely different lives.

The body keeps a quiet record of how we live.

Tight shoulders often aren’t just from posture. They’re from carrying responsibility, pressure, and the mental weight of constantly thinking about what needs to be done next.

Jaw tension shows up in people who feel like they always need to stay alert. The body learns to stay braced, even during moments that should feel calm.

Shallow breathing is another one I see constantly. When the nervous system lives in a low-grade stress response, breathing naturally becomes shorter and higher in the chest.

Your nervous system is always trying to keep you safe, even if the strategy it learned isn’t the one you would choose consciously.

This is why massage, slow movement, and simple daily rituals can have such a powerful effect. They don’t just relax muscles — they signal to the nervous system that it’s finally safe to soften.

And when the nervous system softens, the body often follows.

After thousands of sessions, that’s the real pattern I keep seeing.

The body isn’t fighting you.
It’s protecting you.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to hear what your body tends to hold onto the most; shoulders, jaw, neck, or breath. 🤍

Your body isn’t lazy.
It’s overwhelmed.

We live in a world that never really turns off.

Phones buzzing.
Notifications lighting up the screen.
News, noise, conversations, expectations, schedules.

Even when you’re sitting still, your nervous system is often still running.

Underneath the surface, your body is constantly scanning:
What needs my attention?
What did I forget?
What might go wrong?

Over time, that constant stimulation quietly pushes the nervous system into survival mode.
In survival mode, your body isn’t thinking about thriving. It’s thinking about getting through.

This is when you start to notice things like:

Feeling tired but wired at the same time.
Trouble focusing.
Muscles that stay tight no matter how much you stretch.
That sense of always being “on,” even when you’re trying to rest.

And then the judgment creeps in. You tell yourself you should have more motivation.
More discipline. More energy. But your body isn’t failing you. It’s protecting you.

When the nervous system stays in a constant state of alert, even simple things can start to feel harder. Rest takes longer. Recovery slows down. Your system is simply trying to keep up with the amount of input it’s receiving.

The solution isn’t pushing harder. It’s creating moments where your body finally gets the signal that it’s safe to soften.

A slow walk.
A few deep breaths.
Stepping away from the screen for a few minutes.
Letting your shoulders drop.

Small signals of safety repeated over time are what bring the nervous system back to balance.

Not force.
Not hustle.

Just moments where your body can remember what calm feels like again. 🌿
