Sitting all day? Here’s a 2-minute desk stretch routine to keep your body happy:
1️⃣ Neck rolls – 5 in each direction
2️⃣ Shoulder shrugs – 10 reps
3️⃣ Seated spinal twist – hold 10 seconds each side
4️⃣ Standing hamstring stretch – hold 20 seconds
Do this 1–2 times per workday to release tension and boost focus.
