Ok peeps!!! We have officially started the ground 0 of our podcast! We are sooooo excited to get it launched! I appreciate the feedback on discussion topics you would like to hear from and rest assured we will be incorporating them into our discussion. We are launching our first series on our Identity and what that even means... I need you feedback and brutal honesty with the following question. During this course you will learn how shame impacts your story, your identity, and the neurobiology of the brain. In addition, you will understand the amazing gift of transformation we receive through the process of healing! Embrace your true identity and develop a love for yourself and those around you!
