• Patient Data Updates
o These would include things like updating patient files that had incorrect information, to corrected information, or fields that did not have information to fields with new information.
• Claim reconciliation files
o These are EDI files that come from our clearinghouse that need to be reviewed and reconciled into the system. Essentially, these are claim batch files approval files or rejection files that are auto-posted into our billing system to notate the file with the status’s responded by the clearinghouse.
• Appointments from aged leads
o Symmetry receives leads from various sources and I do not have time to follow up on ones that have become aged. I need someone to call these numbers and then to schedule an appointment for any interested leads to speak with me. This is not sales, nor would we be interested in anyone selling our products – this is a simple appointment setting need only.

Since this is a contract based (meaning it is not an ‘employee position’ where I tell you what to do or when), it is completely on your own schedule (days of the week and times of the day), you can do these things from home and don’t have to come into an office and since the work is very basic data-entry and basic telephone calls, you can still hold onto your current job and/or any other work you’re currently or interested in doing elsewhere, and there is only about 3 hours a week to start, I’m looking for closer to $10.00 an hour for start with a side-work type of thing.

Remote contract work for Medical Billing company. Posting EOB's & patient payments, update patient accounts and sometimes A/R. Looking to fill immediately. Lite workload that can be done on your own time (within some constraints). Am looking for someone with Independent Contractor type experience - this is not an employer/employee type relationship (1099).
