Come breathe with me! Stress, anxiety, and fear do a number on our nervous systems. Breathwork is an effective way to lighten the load and help clear our systems. We are then better equipped to calmly face whatever comes our way.
Join me on Sunday morning at 10:00 at Ignite Pilates Studio to JUST BREATHE. All you need is to wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket or two if you tend to get cold.
