I wasn’t planning on creating anything this week.
But after the past couple of days, I realized how many women are walking around feeling off, exhausted, or tense… and not really understanding why.
We push through it.
We tell ourselves we’ll rest later.
And then eventually, our body forces us to stop.
That cycle is more common than people think.
And I see it all the time in my work.
So I put together something simple.
It’s called The Sanctuary Reset.
It walks you through:
