1. Listen to your body
Fatigue, new cravings, and shifting emotions are normal. Pay attention to what feels “off,” and don’t hesitate to reach out to a qualified healthcare provider with questions or concerns.

2. Build a support circle
Whether it’s a partner, friend, family member, or a pregnancy resource center, having people you trust can make a huge difference emotionally and practically.

3. Keep up with regular prenatal care
Early and consistent check-ins with a licensed medical professional help monitor your health and your baby’s development. They can give you personalized guidance that’s safe for your situation

• Pregnancy health & self-care: nutrition, stress management, what to expect each trimester
• Labor & delivery prep: breathing techniques, birth options, what to expect in delivery and postpartum
• Newborn care: diapering, bathing, feeding (breast & bottle), soothing techniques, basics of newborn health
• Parenting skills: bonding, schedule & routine, navigating emotional changes, relationship & communication support
