🌙 What is Restorative Yoga?

Restorative yoga is a gentle, calming style of yoga focused on deep relaxation and healing. Instead of moving quickly or working up a sweat, you use props like blankets, pillows, or bolsters to fully support your body in comfortable poses. You usually stay in each pose for several minutes, allowing your muscles and nervous system to release tension.

It’s perfect for stress relief, better sleep, and giving your body and mind a chance to recharge. Think of it as pressing the “reset” button for your whole system.

🔥 What is Vinyasa Yoga?

Vinyasa yoga is an active, flowing style of yoga that connects movement with breath. Each pose transitions smoothly into the next, often creating a sequence that feels like a dance. For example, you might move from a plank to downward dog to a lunge, inhaling and exhaling with each step.

It builds strength, flexibility, and stamina while also calming the mind. Beginners often enjoy it because it’s dynamic, energizing, and easy to follow once you catch the rhythm of the breath-movement connection.
