Hey, it’s Dakota from The Cultivated Cave.

Wow, last night felt like stepping into a quiet garden of rest. Before the evening began, I did what I always do… I prayed, over my room, over the mats, over the atmosphere and most of all, over every woman who would walk through the door. I asked the Lord to make His presence known…gently, peacefully, undeniably.

Rest + Roses was never meant to be just an event. It was an invitation to slow down, to breathe deeper, to be held in stillness for a little while. We began with soft introductions, then moved into a gentle stretch led by the sweetest Claire…slow, intentional, and grounding in all the right ways. From there, the room settled into rest. A restorative sound bath filled the studio while I moved quietly from mat to mat, offering calming hand massages… small moments of care, prayer woven silently into every touch.

And for a couple of sacred hours, the world outside felt very far away. Only peace remained.

If you missed this one, don’t worry… something new is already blooming. Join us March 23rd from 5–7pm for an evening devoted to spring renewal, tender healing, and making space for the little girl inside your heart to breathe again.
