Last year at our 9th Annual Pop a Cork, guests were treated to one unforgettable bite, our Wagyu Picanha with Tomatillo Chimichurri!

This mouthwatering appetizer featured juicy, flavorful Wagyu top sirloin seasoned with our signature Kneaded spiced dry rub and topped with a vibrant tomatillo chimichurri made with Leal olive oil, fresh cilantro, serrano, and chili de árbol. Bold, zesty, and absolutely packed with flavor!

Join us for the 10th Annual Pop a Cork, presented by Harmony IQ, powered by Soul Potential Institute, a signature food and wine fundraising event supporting the Kneaded Culinary Academy at Rebekah Children’s Services. This special milestone celebration will take place on our very own Gilroy Campus on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Tickets are on sale now, with Early Bird General Admission available for $85. Guests looking for an elevated experience can purchase a VIP ticket for $150, which includes one hour of early access to the event, entry to an exclusive VIP lounge available throughout the afternoon, and unlimited champagne and caviar tastings. VIP tickets are limited and expected to sell out.
