Join us for the 10th Annual Pop a Cork, presented by Harmony IQ, powered by Soul Potential Institute, a signature food and wine fundraising event supporting the Kneaded Culinary Academy at Rebekah Children’s Services. This special milestone celebration will take place on our very own Gilroy Campus on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Tickets are on sale now, with Early Bird General Admission available for $85. Guests looking for an elevated experience can purchase a VIP ticket for $150, which includes one hour of early access to the event, entry to an exclusive VIP lounge available throughout the afternoon, and unlimited champagne and caviar tastings. VIP tickets are limited and expected to sell out.

Last week, the Kneaded Culinary Academy at RCS had the pleasure of hosting TOOM, one of the fastest-growing garlic dip brands in America, along with our partners at Christopher Ranch, for a live cooking demo and a kitchen filming session!

It was a fun time cooking with our TOOM partners, alongside Ken Christopher, and trying some delicious appetizers featuring TOOM’s garlic dip. 🧄🍴 We also want to thank Christopher Ranch for their generous donation to the Kneaded Culinary Academy!

Even more exciting news: TOOM will be part of the 10th Annual Pop a Cork, we will be serving up a special appetizer featuring their signature garlic dip. Stay tuned, you won’t want to miss it!
