Flossing Facts
Flossing is an important part of proper oral health routine. We recommend that you floss daily. Flossing every day will dislodge food particles and will help prevent plaque buildup in places your toothbrush can't reach. Irregular flossing can lead to bleeding sensitive gums. The more you floss, the bleeding will eventually subside. Brushing only cleans around 70% of the surface area of the teeth leaving the crack and spaces between the teeth uncleaned. Flossing helps scrub the remaining spots and gets teeth 100% clean.
