A Lil R & R Yoga Teaching teens and adults yoga techniques to help benefit them mind, body and soul. Fun and enjoyable for all ages. Yoga has many benefits for all ages.

I have been teaching yoga for approximately 8 years now. Some of these benefits, but not limited to are an increase in flexibility, better self-confidence, increased focus in school and in life all together. Yoga as a family helps bring the family together and get away from the monotony of life, while having fun and smiling.

Good morning , I am paying close attention to the weather. It does not seem like this afternoon/evening that the roads will be safe. The forecast is saying snow then rain then snow. I will keep you all posted. I never want anyone to go out when the roads are in poor conditions.
