Last evening, Windsor House proudly honored an incredible 4,227 combined years of service during our Annual Years of Service Recognition Dinner.

We were also honored to present the John and Dorothy Masternick Legacy Award to Paulette Spisak. Paulette began her nursing career on March 20, 1984, and joined Windsor House just five months later on August 28, 1984. Since then, she has made a profound impact across our organization — serving as Director of Nursing at both O’Brien Memorial and Liberty Health Care Center. In 2003, she stepped into a leadership role within the Corporate Quality Assurance Department. Paulette, thank you for your extraordinary dedication and leadership!
