Our Story

Lifeline Partners provides Pulmonary, Cardiac and all facets of Occupational and Physical Therapy. The Diagnostic Sleep Facility tests and provides treatment for sleep apnea, narcolepsy and restless leg syndrome. Can do home sleep testing and provide Cpap and other equipment to treat sleep disorders. Transportation is provided to allfacilities in the Tri-county area for Therapy and Sleep Studies.
