Patriot Home Care and Hospice was so grateful for the opportunity to connect, celebrate, and educate alongside our community partners at Aviva Hills Assisted Living during their Family Fun Night 💙

We loved sponsoring a wine tasting for residents and their families, while also sharing education on our home health and hospice services. It was a great chance to spend time together and experience the warm, engaging environment Aviva Hills creates for those they serve each day 🍷
