If the community the child is growing up in, is a good one, it helps build the child up and leaves the child with a lifetime of support and love! When the teacher/ care provider takes the time to do their job with a heart of passion they also help speak life into children’s life! They bring color to dreams! The open minds to ideas! It only takes one person to believe in another for them to think they can fly and soar!

And I chose to be that one, to as many children as I can be! Simply for the fact I wish as a child I had someone who spoke life into me! Who belived in me! Who took the time to understand me, help me!

Hello families in the area of Glade spring/ Abingdon Va! With joy and happiness do I come to say……..Welcome all little hands and feet, is NOW BACK!!! I’ve been blessed with a job that allows me to still teach but also focus on my business and get it up and running again!!!

My goal and dream, is to touch as many children as i can, to love and nurture as many children as I can, to teach kindness and compassion to as many children as I can! To speak life into as many children as I can! To be an example of Gods love and Grace! To teach as many children as I can about the love and mercy of Christ! But to also help families, single mothers/fathers find safe, affordable, and respectable child care!!

Welcome little hands and feet, is a child care service that accepts all children! No matter the race, background, or learning abilities! All children are welcomed! I welcome both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals!!

I am certified in the following fields: 1: Early childhood education. 2:Autism and spectrum behaviors. 3: sexual trauma/physical trauma training. 4: behavioral therapy. Right now I’m also working on a few others!

I am a certified babysitting service as of now, meaning my home can legally have up to 10 children at one time!! My goal, plan and prayer is to get my daycare license in a few years as I continue my education and growth! As of now I am working on getting my Family day care license!

Welcome little hands and feet runs under order and organization! We run on schedules and rules! We have boundaries! We take pride in our professionalism!

Over the next few days, the schedules, curriculum, times, activities, etc will be posted and shared!

As of now I have 10 spots open! My age group is 6months-5 years of age! I am willing to go up to 8 years of age as that is also the oldest I will go!

I will be open everyday including Saturday! from 7:00am-6:00pm except Tuesdays and Wednesdays I will be closed as I teach at a daycare from 8-5!!!!

DAILY DOSE OF MY NOLAN MAN!!!!

He’s holding his head up now!! He’s sitting up now!! He’s talking now (his own language but it still counts)!! He’s smiling! He’s eating more!

Leg strength is truly extraordinary, arm strength man he’s a force to reckon with lol!!! Attitude is unlocked and can go from 0-100000 real quick! ( I say he gets it from his mama 😂❤️) He will let you know when and if he doesn’t like something!!

We did tummy time quite a lot today! Hence the first picture lol! Tummy time:1 Nolan: 0!!!

We sat up like the big boy we “think” we are!

And ofc we snuggled!! ❤️❤️

Good evening parents/families!!!!

This is the time schedule that “WELCOME ALL LITTLE HANDS AND FEET” will run on until further notice!

I have a second job, which I must attend by 4:00pm every evening! Below are the times that work best for me! I hope they work for you too!

Monday: 5:00am-2:15pm
Tuesday: 5:00am-2:15pm
Wednesday: 5:00am-2:15pm
Thursday: 5:00am-2:15pm
Friday: 5:00am-2:15pm
Saturday: off
Sunday: unavailable ♾️

⭐️ THE LATEST PICKUP TIME IS - 3:00pm!!!

PLEASE RESPECT MY TIME AS I RESPECT YOURS!⭐️if you are late picking up your child they will have to come to work with me and sit. Also there will also be an additional fee of 15 dollars added to your total! I WILL NOT CALL OUT OF WORK DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE! I advise you to please always be aware of the time! So this doesn’t happen!

If you are late picking your child up 2 times in a month and have no reason as to why, sadly you will be dropped and my services will no longer be available to your child.

⭐️ on my off days, if I can become available I will update/post on our page! If you need me on the days I’m off and available a simple text will do and we can set the times up! I WILL NEVER BE AVAILABLE ON SUNDAYS! if needed on a Saturday an additional 10 dollars will be added to the total fee.

Daily dose of Nolan!

We started our day off at 5:45 as we do every morning! We slept until around 8:00 where we got out butt cleaned, smiled and ”oohed” until our eyes got heavy again!

We didn’t wake up again until around 9:30-10. Of course we got a diaper change, a new bottle which we drank all of! And I decided to watch tv! I got some really good burps in!

The lady made me do tummy time! We stretched our body oh so good today!!!

Today was not my day and I made sure to let everyone know every chance I got! I made sure they felt it lol!!!! I’m just a little gassy so it makes me fussy!

I got to get one more nap and cuddle in before mommy came and picked me up!!!

Another successful night at Welcome All Little Hands And Feet!

We had a few melt downs, a few moments where our emotions were to big and we couldn’t understand how to express them! But we figured it out together! We talked through it, we hugged through it! We even laughed through them!!

We played tag in the house and ran around the table! We played the floor is lava and sadly all our feet burned off! But we were saved by an ice princess (Trinity)!!!

We had dinner, something not to heavy because we had already ate at home! So we had nuggets, fries, chocolate milk, and for dessert we had a handful of gummies!

We went over the “Holy Bible” and tonight we came from 1 John 4-19~ “We love because He first loved us” we learned: That God loved us before He knew us! Because God loves us we must love Him! Because He loves us we must love others and be kind! Because he loves us we must listen to our mommy and love our mommy!

We prayed tonight, for ourselves, for family, for a goodnight sleep, we prayed for safety! We also thanked Jesus for all he’s blessed us with such as food, toys, and mommy who works!

We end this night with hugs of course, a few kisses, and baby boss! Cuddled up with some sweet kittens!

OVERNIGHT BABYSITTING!!!

We played hide and seek

Today we learned how important trees are!!! How important it is to take care of our earth! The more we care for it the longer we get to call it home! (The trees had “pimples”lol, and they were in pure disgust 😁)

We ate what was requested which was pizza and sausages! I added the Mac and cheese to ensure we were all full and to make it complete! We also had a piece of berry cake with strawberry cream cheese frosting!

We talked about a book named the “Holy Bible”! We read a little verse
Psalm 139:14~ “ I PRAISE YOU BECAUSE I AM FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE;” and no matter what anyone say or thinks of us we should always love ourselves because what God has put in us is beautiful! How even for little things such as a day at the park should we be happy and thankful for!

We talked about how our bestfriends are our Mommy and Jesus! And we may not see Him but He’s always there!

We will end the night with cups of milk, Gabby Dollhouse, a little snack, and of course a few hugs!

WELCOME ALL LITTLE HANDS AND FEET!

Hello, Parents! My name is Shadà Flannagan I am a 20 year old who has created and built a babysitting home service to help support the community I live in! Which is Glade spring!

I have worked with children for many years!!! I have been taking classes, and expanding my education in the field of early childhood education, Autism and spectrum behaviors, trauma training, behavioral therapy, as well as ASL!

I have 7 years experience with neurotypical young children and 5 years experience with neurodivergent young children! Teaching and watching children develop and gain knowledge and confidence in the world around them has always been a passion of mine! Being able to care for children and show them true love and understanding! To be able to share Gods love and guidance is also a dream! To help a child beilve they can become anything they want and to help fuel those dreams is a blessing I’m honored to be able to do! I fight for children to be loved and cared for like they should! I stand up for them I’m their voice!! I break the stereotypes held above the heads of those on the spectrum! I help children break the odds held over them and their lives!

All children are welcomed! Children from all backgrounds! Children from all over!

The foundation of this baby sitting service is Christian! My hope is to shine a light in these children’s life, to teach them and let them know who and how great our Father is! How loved they are by Him! How they never walk this earth alone! How brave and strong they are because He walks with them! How in their times of trouble they can call on Him and he will be their safe place.

My goal and reason for creating this whole project! Is I hope and pray to watch this grow from a babysitting service to a daycare! My goal is to love, nurture, support, help and lead as many children as I can to a healthy, happy life! To create a place where they know they are safe and loved! To create a place that feels like home away from home! My reason is to teach and help parents better understand their children! To help children succeed in school! To save as many children as I can! To be peace, to be joy, to be what they need!

Thank you all for being a part of the journey! And thank you to the families who trust me and in the future will trust me with your child/children!
