Join Andrea (Prema) Marenco each week for a live 30-minute session designed to cultivate presence, openness, and kindness toward whatever arises. With a warm and grounding presence, you will be guided through gentle breathwork to settle the nervous system and bring attention into the body. After establishing ease in the breath, you’ll be invited into a simple, guided mindfulness meditation: resting awareness on the body and breath, noticing thoughts and emotions with friendly curiosity, and welcoming all experience with compassion. Each session ends with an invitation to extend this mindful awareness into your day, bridging meditation with daily life. This practice offers a supportive rhythm of pause, breath, and compassionate attention, nurturing greater ease and clarity.

Your pelvic floor isn’t just a group of muscles, it’s deeply tied to your nervous system’s sense of safety.

If you feel like you’re constantly bracing for the next task, you’re not imagining it. Chronic stress and anxiety often settle into the pelvic bowl, creating patterns of clenching, fatigue, disconnection, and overwhelm.

This workshop goes beyond strengthening. We work at the mind–body bridge, using yoga therapy to regulate the nervous system and gently unwind the patterns that keep you stuck in “on” mode.

• Why stress causes unconscious pelvic clenching and how it drains your energy
• The diaphragm–pelvic floor relationship and its role in signaling safety to the brain
• How emotional and caregiving load shows up as hip and pelvic tension and how to release it

As we move into this sacred season of reflection and renewal, we want to pause and say thank you. Lotus Care KC is more than a wellness space, it’s a living, breathing community shaped by the practitioners who serve with heart and the clients who trust us with their healing journeys.

This past year, we’ve witnessed deep growth, resilience, and transformation, from quiet moments on the mat to profound release through sound healing, bodywork, and therapeutic sessions. Every breath, every step toward healing, and every connection made here adds to the collective energy that makes this community so special 🤍
