🧘‍♀️Integration & Practice Teaching

PRE-REQUISITES:
• 200-hour RYT or currently attending
​• 6 Yin Classes from a variety of teachers, if possible.

With our recent winter weather and the roads likely refreezing, tonight’s 5:30PM Therapeutic Yoga class with Prema will be offered livestream only through the Vagaro app. There will be no in-studio class this evening, but we’d love to practice with you from wherever you’re staying warm.

As we move through the final months of the Yin Wood Snake year (4723), Jan SteGermaine invites you to explore these timeless ideas through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Together, we’ll examine the dynamic interplay of yin and yang and the Five Elements: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal, and how they shape both the natural world and our inner landscape.

By weaving in the 12 animals of the Chinese Zodiac, Jan will help you uncover patterns that connect individual, societal, and global energies. We’ll reflect on past Yin Wood Snake years (1965 and 1905) to gain insight into the energetic themes influencing this moment and what might be on the horizon as we transition into the Yang Fire Horse year beginning February 17, 2026.
