I want to give a moment to thank my hubby for coming with me yesterday and helping me out.

When I was first going through my surprise to me breast cancer diagnosis, His mother, Nancy, had passed away from pancreatic cancer 7 days prior.

He wasn’t just part of my inner circle and trusted team, he was my rock!,

And showing up solidly for me after being there helping, loving and caring for his mother right up to the day of her passing.

I honestly can’t imagine how he was able to get through this time in our lives.

Cancer doesn’t just affect those of us who are going through it ourselves, it affects all of our loved ones.

He was grieving AND, he still showed up for me in a time he should have been allowed to take to heal from his amazing mother’s passing.

He continues to show up for me to help me out supporting others going through this journey now.

He’s also a public school special education teacher. 26 yrs!

Such a big kind giving heart who is always ready to show up for those in need.

Thankful for him everyday. 💕

I went to see Tricia for a multitude of issues, but initially reached out looking for help with issues regarding hypertonic pelvic floor. I was having consistent pain and having the constant sensation that I needed to use the restroom. In only 3 sessions my ongoing pain dramatically decreased, the sensation of needing to constantly urinate completely went away, and even during my next menstrual cycle my cramping was way more manageable (as before I would often be bedridden for 1-2 days during my time of the month
