Held on January 23-25th and August 7-9th, 2026. 9am-5pm Mountain Time.

The 3-day course focuses on understanding and addressing when trauma gets stuck in the body - “freeze” - and guiding clients toward a “thaw,” or release and integration of trauma in the brain and in the body.

Key elements:
--Physiological Focus: The training describes what occurs in the body during Brainspotting at tissue, cellular, and biochemical levels, with particular attention to the fascial system and how it relates to the freeze response.
---Pain and Trauma: Participants learn about the neurology of pain, chronic pain, and trauma, and how these are processed in both the brain and body.
--Bodyspotting & Techniques: The course introduces advanced Brainspotting frames and techniques to support processing physical and emotional pain (Bodyspotting, Advanced Bodyspotting, Integration, Sweeps and Movement Integration).
--Movement Integration: Movement Integration is taught to support the integration of changes in the brain and in the body, helping clients move from a frozen state to a more adaptive, resilient state.
