After years of working in the massage therapy field, Jessica Barren realized the need for a more specialized therapeutic treatment center. Remedē was established to cater to those who are looking for a results driven experience from their use of Massage Therapy and Essential Oils. More on Jessica:

Jessica has been in the health/wellness field for over 23 years. She received her massage therapy certification at the nationally acclaimed Health Enrichment Center in Lapeer, MI. Jessica has chosen Massage Therapy as her profession because she finds working one-on-one with each client very fulfilling and rewarding. Her areas of expertise are: Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage and Cupping Massage. In addition to her passion for massage, Jessica has discovered the benefits of essential oils and enjoys educating people on the benefits of using them. remedē will be OPEN starting june 10th for all your dōTERRA "essential" oil needs! We will be offering iTOVi health scans, oil consults as well as scheduling upcoming appointments for services. We will not be doing any massages just yet!

This is one of my absolutely favourite asanas as it releases the tension in my hips. We are all spending more time sitting right now. Try this to loosen things up. Make sure to breathe consciously through it. Breathing in and out through your nose. You can rest your head on your hands, a towel or a block—whatever you have that works. Try to stay in this posture for at least 10 breaths. 🤗

Due to the"stay home, stay safe" orders, we at remedē wellness center, are currently not seeing clients. We look forward to serving all of you lovely beings when we can safely do so. As of today, May 13, that will be sometime after May 28th.
We are going over protocols of what a session, moving forward, is going to look like to ensure the safety of all involved. We will be touch (😉) to let you know about our new "wellness contract" and to reschedule your appointments!
Please know that we miss working on you as much as you miss getting worked on! We have enjoyed receiving your phone calls and texts messages. Please feel free to reach out if you are in need of a chat or some recommendations.
