Yesterday we had an unexpected visitor, and we are happy to announce we had a Deficiency Free Survey! We are so proud of our team for taking such great care of our residents. A special thanks goes to our Resident Care Coordinator, Mandy! She led our team in my absence while the surveyor was present. I always say we are blessed with the best!
