Last night was truly a night to remember at Highland Ridge. Not only did we celebrate the joy and spirit of Christmas with our incredible staff, but we also honored two very special milestones. 🌟

First, we recognized 25 amazing years of dedication from Mandy Buchanan. Mandy has been part of the Highland Ridge family since day one — her compassion, loyalty, and heart for our residents have helped shape who we are today. She has touched countless lives with her kindness, and we are forever grateful for her 25 years of service.

This year is especially meaningful as it marks Highland Ridge’s 25th anniversary. The McPherson family, along with our employees, shared memories, stories, and moments of laughter from across the years — a beautiful reminder of why Highland Ridge is more than a building… it’s a family, a legacy, and a home. 🏡✨

To Mandy: thank you for 25 years of service.
To our incredible staff: thank you for showing up every day with heart, compassion, and dedication.

Last night, our community gathered for one of the most special traditions of the year—our Resident Christmas Party, and what a beautiful evening it was.

Our residents enjoyed delicious food, wonderful entertainment, and the simple but meaningful gift of being together. Each smile reminded us just how blessed we are to be part of this community.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible staff for their love, preparation, and dedication—they made every detail shine. And to our residents, thank you for bringing warmth, wisdom, and holiday spirit to every gathering. You truly are the heart of Highland Ridge.🌟🎁
