With over 20 years of experience as a pharmacy technician, Melanie brings a remarkable level of knowledge, accuracy, and professionalism to everything she does. Her warm and compassionate nature makes her a trusted friend among both patients and teammates alike. Whether she’s double-checking prescriptions or supporting her coworkers, Melanie is the kind of person who is always ensuring patients are cared for with precision and heart. 💙💚

When she isn’t at the pharmacy, she is spending time with her husband and son. She enjoys attending family sporting events and visiting the beach when possible.

We are so very grateful Melanie is part of our team. 💙💚

This week is Pharmacy Week, and today we’re especially celebrating our incredible pharmacy technicians — Julia, Ciara, Melanie, Suelena, and Charlie!

Each of them goes above and beyond every single day… showing true dedication, compassion, and heart in everything they do. They are the smiling faces and steady hands behind the counter who make sure our prescriptions are filled accurately, questions are answered, and every member of our EZRX family — that’s you, our wonderful patients — is cared for like family should be.

We’re so grateful for the hard work, teamwork, and kindness they pour into every interaction.

We are shining a light and recognizing Charlie Goss, a dedicated member of our EZRX team with over 8 years of experience!

Charlie stands out not only for his depth of knowledge but for the way he brings a calm, steady presence to everything he does. Whether he’s assisting you with your prescription needs or stepping in to support a teammate, Charlie approaches each task with genuine care, reliability, and grace.

He’s known around here for his can-do attitude and thoughtful approach. Each of you, our EZRX family members, can trust him….. and the EZRX team members count on him…. and EZRX of Glasgow is better because of him!

When Charlie is away from the pharmacy, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters. They enjoy watching movies and playing games.

Whether she’s filling prescriptions or offering a warm smile, Ciara treats every person as part of our EZRX family— because YOU are.

When she’s not at work, Ciara loves spending quality time with her husband and 2 children, attending her children's sporting events, and running a balloon decorating business with her friend and EZRX team member, Julia.
