Over on the Victory Truck Body, Inc. page, we’ve been sharing our teammates’ perspectives on what our Core Values mean to them. (Make sure to follow us there if you haven't already!) But what do these values mean for our overall mission and for the people we serve every day?
Our Six Company Core Values guide how we work, build, and support our customers and partners.
For our customers, that means dependable service, quality craftsmanship, and skilled professionals who genuinely care about getting the job done right. For our vendors and partners, it means working with a responsive, trustworthy team that values long-term relationships over one-time transactions. For our employees, it creates an environment where people are supported, encouraged to grow, empowered to speak up, and proud of the work they do.
When we’re aligned around shared principles, collaboration is stronger, and the results speak for themselves. That alignment is what gives MyGlassTruck, and all of the Victory divisions, our edge.
