Happy Surgical Tech week!! We sadly said goodbye to Holly, one of most wonderful surgical techs and human beings that we have worked with. She is retiring after an amazing career at Hartford Hospital, and we wish her the best. I promised to continue to text her if I need last minute case/implants changes so she doesn’t feel left out!

A true story of resilience written by Dick Sederquist. Veteran of multiple spinal fusion surgeries by me, and truthfully some of which did not go in his favor, but he persevered and never gave up. With his condition at a crossroad, he entrusted me one last time, and thankfully now he is back on the trail hiking with his family.
