I always tell my clients: Make your own broth. It’s simple, powerful, and deeply nourishing. And if you can source bones from a regenerative farm even better—next-level soul food.

My go-to method?
✨ Drop in a whole chicken (or beef bones, marrow, chicken backs—whatever you’ve got).
