What an incredible experience! What was originally supposed to be 3 weeks, turned into “How long can you stay?” by day 3. A big thank you to Dr. Reef, his team and all the pro athletes for welcoming me in so easily. I worked with athletes from 10+ NFL teams and made amazing connections. The PT staff and myself worked directly together which was a new experience I appreciated. Balancing an 18 credit semester in NJ while working 5 days/wk in FL brought on a level of hustle I’ve never had to perform before. It was a challenge I didn’t know how to get done, but I knew God would provide a way. Where there is a will, there is a way. Thank you Alkeme fam ❤️🙏🏻 Dr. Reef, “It’s not goodbye. It’s see you later.”

Year 3 volunteering at NFL’s Crucial Catch. We work with adult and young women who have experienced cancer 🎀 This Crucial Catch felt different in a healing way after losing my dad to cancer 3 weeks prior.
